In my previous role I was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Apis Alvi group, including Aquis Search. In this position I was responsible for all facets of the business and the ongoing development of the group. My roles with Apis Alvi were as Managing Partner of Aquis Search, and Managing Director of Arbour Services, Interim Alpha, Klickto Search, Malleo Search, Research4Search and Rikruta brands.

 I have more than twenty years of Human Resources experience. In this time I have gained extensive market knowledge by recruiting senior roles across Asia and Europe.

Born in Hong Kong, I hold a Masters degree in Chinese Politics, Economics and Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelors (Hons) in Chinese History of Art and Archaeology from the School of Oriental and African Studies, the University of London. I have also attended BPP Law School in London, the East China University of Politics and Law in Shanghai and have industry qualifications in Human Resources & Training from the University of Hong Kong.
