As a producer for the Sophy Ridge programmes I am responsible for all production elements. I help Sophy prepare interviews with senior political figures and government ministers, booking MPs and Government ministers via press offices, setting up a viewers panel, editing a PMQs highlights and I also help with the social media content for the show.
As an Output Producer for the Daytime rolling news channel I have covered a number of breaking and rolling national and international news stories including: the Taliban takeover in Afghanistan, PMQs, COP 26, Sir David Amess, MP standards, the Tokyo Olympics.
I work closely with correspondents producing TV packages on individual stories including: Ukraine/Russia tensions, the Prime Minister’s ‘partygate’, Afghanistan withdrawal, the Facebook Files and a 10 minute round up package of Cop26.
