I've been interviewing for a few graduate positions this past week. As exciting as it is, and I see that I'm lucky to be in a position to be invited to interviews, I'm also nervous.
Throughout university, I've worked hard to improve my design skills, and I've learned many other incredibly useful things along the way. I've met incredible people over those 4 years: designers, coffee shop owners, skaters etc., all passionate about what they do. And nothing inspires me more than passionate people.
So in this little moment of vulnerability, I want to assure myself, that no matter where I'll end up working, I want to make sure that if I get the chance to mentoring or chatting to a student, they'll recognise that same passion in me.
