Hi 👋🏾, I’m Jaylon Ballard, a product designer driven by discovering who users are at their core and using empathetic research to craft viable solutions. I’m passionate about user-centered design (UCD), UX content, and UI design. Outside of my career I enjoy spending time with my family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, as well as singing 🎙, sketching ✏️, and aggressive inline 🛼. I’m also a bit of a Star Wars geek.
