Professionally I am a Senior Level Recruiter, who has experience running a full desk. My objective is to assist companies in understanding the recruiting process, this includes going beyond standard job descriptions and truly defining what their ideal candidate looks like. Secondly, I strive to assist candidates through the recruiting process, showing them that not all recruiters are noncommunicative and dismissive.
