Shipped the GitHub Actions public beta
As GitHub Actions approached public beta, the size and number of the teams working on it expanded rapidly. Alongside day-to-day technical implementation work, a lot of my work was helping to pave paths for cross-organizational and cross-team collaboration. This work included, for example, building alignment on an Architectural Decision Record process for designing APIs that span multiple organizations (see this Insider article where I was later interviewed on this topic).
