The inaugural edition of PagerDuty's State of Digital Operations report is out! This was a multi-month collaboration with our product analytics and data science team to analyze incident response data across our 16,000 customers, and we found some valuable insights, such as the fact that our users worked an equivalent of an extra of two hours per day last year dealing with unplanned work.
