- Understanding the existing IO framework, and its current constituents
- Identifying the outflow and inflow tagging that is currently incorrectly assigned
- Studying the unclassified transaction narrations and classifying them under the right category like utility bill payment, EMI payment, investments, etc.
- Understanding the existing framework on expense data mart and classify the outflows/debits to the right expense categories
- Implementing the recommendations with the help of a programming language and software environment for statistical analysis, graphics representation and reporting
- Evaluate the existing product offering of ICICI Bank and compare them with the competitors' offerings
