I have been working on Terraform for quite some time.
This is my 3rd certification in the last 7 months. 🤟
I used to think that passing certs exams do not hold any value at all. Cause it's all arbitrary knowledge unless you really get to work with it or experiment with it. Also, if you've been working on that particular tech for quite some time, you really don't see the need of appearing for the exam.
However, after appearing for these 3 exams, my perception has changed quite a lot. It's all about the structure, rather than the randomness. The prep you do for passing these exams make sure that you've got the list of topics covered and you really understand them. And that definitely makes you a better engineer. After that, it's all an upwards journey.
