As Head of Experience, I cultivate trust with our customers, building thriving communities andfostering customer loyalty.I try to build community wherever I go. I started this journey in 2009 when I formed my health and wellnesscommunity, Raw Lotus Fitness. I am proud to have fostered change in the clients that I served, building a safe place for clients to flourish and grow. As part of this work, I formed strategic partnerships with numerous studios and drove awareness through social media, guerilla marketing, community events, and radio partnerships.In my current role as Head of eCommerce and Experience for Levels, we have grown to a 98%Customer Satisfaction Rate through a comprehensive CX strategy including Voice of Customer and customer listening path. I introduced a new tracking system and dashboard allowing us to measure and monitor key performance metrics across the entire company. I am especially proud of our VIP Community Group, giving our customer behind-the-scenes information, contributing to roundtable discussions, empathy interviews, and building our brand influence.My expertise includes trend analysis, benchmarking, process development, training and development, andstrategic marketing. I regularly collaborate with our cross-functional team on systems integration, qualityassurance (QA), troubleshooting, remediation, resolution, and brand consistency. I also direct critical marketing programs including SMS marketing strategy, market research, trend analysis, competitive analysis, brand voice, benchmarking, and product differentiation. I lead goal setting and execution across sales, customer acquisition, customer retention, and customer satisfaction. I also continuously grow my skill base with Klaviyo Product and SMS Certifications and several health/wellness certifications.
