I'm a 👨‍💼 Product management executive with over 23 years experience working in software. I've served as the CEO of two companies (Nazori & OHNO.ai) and as an executive for two publicly listed ones as the 👨‍💼 chief product officer (ASX:WSP & NZX:GEO).

These days when I'm not writing, I spend most of my time helping other business leaders. I specialise in leadership development and coaching, exclusively for product focused leaders and serve as the general partner for a decision intelligence program 🤝, where we teach cross functional teams to increase the quality of their day to day decisions using using games, debate training, game theory and cognitive psychology practices.

As a 👨‍🏫 keynote speaker 🎤 on product management topics, I've given talks all over the 🌍 world and 📝 written extensively on contemporary product management practices.

I also study both 🧬 Physics & 🧠 Psychology at the University of Swinburne in Melbourne.
