During her tenure at Hubspot from 2012-2021 she grew comfortable at the edge of chaos, scaling operational systems through an IPO at a time of explosive growth. Her learn-it-all mentality helped her adapt nimbly across roles spanning systems & operations analyst, product manager, data analyst, and analytics enablement manager while HubSpot grew ARR from 75M to 1B, and headcount from 400-4,000.
Ever in "the hotness," Jillian's career emerged synchronously with the rise of the cloud, the explosion of SaaS and the tech industry, and has continued to keep pace with the latest innovations of the modern data stack, joining dbt Labs at the start of 2021. Her broad traversal across loosely defined roles, through an enduring period of rapid innovation and growth uniquely distinguishes her with a potent blend of socio-technical systems expertise and thirst for solving wicked problems with an interdisciplinary approach.
