I'm a co-creator and co-host of a podcast called Ramped Up, the podcast all about disability. Both of us are novice podcasters but we're gradually figuring it out from feedback. We weren't entirely sure of the format and style of the show so our early episodes were very hit-or-miss. Recently we have had a lot more hits than misses.
