This caught my eye while looking at monthly analytics for our YouTube channel.
Channel viewers last 90 days: 90% men | 9% women
And I want to change it for the better. As a team:

And I want to change it for the better. As a team:
- we have a nearly 50/50 split of genders
- we feature stories in videos in a similar split
- longform (blogs, podcasts, video interviews) content is also evenly split
Open to ideas on how we can better portray gender inclusivity with our videos and attract a more even audience to our channel and community at large 🙏
