End-to-end website redesign for public health initiative
- Shepherded distributed pod of 9 resources across development, UX & UI design, and content strategy through the end to end process of product discovery, visioning, content creation, design, development, testing, and deployment across 20+ agile sprints
- Aligned stakeholders with research-backed product roadmap & secured contract modifications for 3 product releases over the course of 10 months
- Facilitated ~20 hrs of contextual inquiry & testing sessions with healthcare providers, informaticists, and epidemiologists to test experiments and evaluate user needs
- Reduced bounce rate by 14% for all users (22% for returning users) in 6 months after first release
- Led functional testing process throughout sprint cycles
- Guided major technical migration effort in collaboration with engineering lead, including change management training with an external content management team
