When you pay your bill or access your healthcare account over the phone, you have to provide personal information to a stranger over the phone. We sought to solve this by building a solution where the authentication and and personal information transfer is delegated to a web form that comes from the representative's website. Once you confirm their identity and enter your necessary information, their system will receive everything it needs and the representative over the phone will get a notification that you're good to go.
Built another app where you can get phone numbers that point to your personal phone on demand. You can manage which numbers you use for different scenarios such as putting up your contact information on Craigslist, eBay, mall giveaways, etc.
