I am an experienced public policy professional with over 8 years experience in the Civil Service. I specialise in digital policy and equalities policy, and I thrive in high-pressure, complex environments. I have significant experience of working across government, of working with ministers and senior civil servants to tackle challenging policy issues, of undertaking policy analysis and developing robust evidence bases, and delivering complex programmes.
I also lead the Civil Service LGBT+ Network, the cross-government network for staff with minority sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions and sex characteristics.
