I recently soft launched JoinGlean.com, an initiative against obscured tech interview processes while job hunting.

I've been interviewing with different tech. companies for over a year now, after resigning last year from Commercejs.com, and it has been a struggle only learning about a company's interview process after hearing back and speaking with them. At times I stepped away from certain opportunities due to their unrealistic or time-consuming interview processes. This year I even participated in a company's hiring process that lasted from August to November—a company that rejected me.

So my goal with JoinGlean.com is to allow others, and myself, to assess an open role not only by the company and job description but also by their interview process.
