I have an anthropological background, and I've been working in the software industry 💻 since 2014, focused on IT talent research since 2018.

I am currently advising companies from the US, Canada, Argentina, Colombia, Uruguay, Panama, Spain, and Germany that need to recruit talent (mostly software engineers, tech leads, and other specialists) in LATAM and NA, leading a great team of IT Recruiters and Sourcers at Carryer, and doing some headhunting myself.

In 2020 I co-founded HumanosReales with the goal of training the future HR talent with the focus on the digital revolution, offering courses and specializations in areas such as Tech Recruiting, People Analytics, and Talent Branding. We are the creators of the first HR Bootcamp in Latin America ⚡
