The Founder and Director of Global CxO, Juliet Kasko, is a super-connector passionate about talented people. 

Since 2011 she is doing executive search projects globally and is an active member of a tech startup ecosystem. With her strong belief that the right team and reputation are crucial assets for any company to succeed, Juliet has helped numerous clients scale and undergo change.

Juliet works with globally dispersed portfolio companies of a few two VCs mentoring entrepreneurs and helping them grow by advising on the HR and Talent strategy, connecting them with business partners and investors, speaking at events to share her knowledge and experience. After completion of Executive Master in Change at INSEAD she continues leading successful organizational and personal transformations as an executive coach, focusing on executives and startup founders. 

Before starting her entrepreneurial journey in 2012, she gained over a decade of experience in Global Key Accounts function with Tier I MNCs in shipping, logistics, and commercial real estate.
