People describe me as entrepreneurial, result-driven and a peoples' person. Some even call me fun.

Over the last 2 decades I had the pleasure to recruit, train and mentor over 500 people. Being involved in more than 10.000 successful hires, helped me to find my passion of building teams and businesses. Often from scratch. I have failed many times, proud to say I had successful exits from time to time too. 😉
