Playfulness defines our humanity; it’s how we can speak a hundred languages, glide fearlessly on flying trapeze, and design technology that connects the world. Play is the superpower we were born with, but — like a muscle — our innate playfulness atrophies without use. When was the last time you danced in mud, climbed a tree, and made silly faces at a stranger?
Since my psychology degree, I have spent the past decade exploring our inner connections with childhood — how playfulness releases trauma, heals our bodies, and rekindles our potential for wondrous growth. I have learned from infants and children; served communities navigating substance abuse and incarceration; and trained under leading scholars in somatic healing, holistic circus therapy, and trauma treatment.
I live my dream, guiding international collaborations with hundreds of individual clients and families on their playful healing journeys so far.
If you’re reading this — our beautiful universe has connected us, and I cannot wait to meet and share this wonder
