Jobs and careers are part of a complex system that can quickly feel overwhelming to comprehend. Mehiro's methodology is the backbone of this project but I believe the visuals are key in enabling users to access the information they need and understand brand new concepts or data. Our tool shouldn't create more work, it should bring clarity and remove work! I don't think we are there yet but the idea remains central to my work.
