Blair was born and raised in Toronto and has spent the better part of her career working in the community building space, both online and offline at companies like Soho House, Kit and Ace, and now TikTok.
She started out in the fashion industry, with short stints in New York and Vancouver, and ultimately ended up back in Toronto. She is currently a Partner Manager on the TikTok Canada team, working primarily with entertainment talent and public figures on the platform.
