Had the opportunity to spend time working with a great team to help the SBE brand’s properties in Miami grow their engagement across their social media channels. When it came to the SLS Southbeach location specifically, we some some great successes. 

One of the biggest takeaways from this experience has been the importance of the brand experience translating to the customer’s experience, and understanding how that may be different than the experience of the audience on social media.
