I write for people and computers. I want everybody to be excited about their education! I want everyone to have the safety and security necessary to be able to take advantage of educational opportunities.
I often focus on software reliability. Nobody needs more flaky tech in their lives! This applies both to the tools we use in our work as well as the projects we create for others.
