- Identify which pages and keywords to focus on first, closest to their product
- Build out a process to optimize each page to match user intent, insert keyword variations, or target long-tail variants that are easier to rank for
- Go through each page and improve the page title, meta descriptions, target keyword, internal / external links, and overall layout of the page
- Insert relevant schema/structured data markup like breadcrumbs, article, and FAQ
- Update sitemap date and submit to Google Search Console for re-indexing
After approximately a week post-indexing, each page saw an average of 80% more traffic than before, with some even jumping up 300%.
