Wrote microcopy for courier mobile and web app 🚚 

Focused on keeping language consistent and straightforward across the entire app, but particularly on error and fail states. I hope drivers never get to see these texts, but I'd like them to be helpful if they do. 

They say in logistics speed is king, so it isn't surprising that deliverymen typically interact with our app for the first time when they already have a job to do. Lack of prior training makes a simple onboarding process critical to flatten the learning curve.
