Led the IT team at Palacina Developments Ltd (Nairobi, KE) in the identification, procurement and implementation of an off-the-shelf ERP system to automate corporate operations.

The implementation was completed within both budget and time constraints. 
The ERP is still in use at the company and it's implementation has resulted in lowered operational expenditure and higher staff productivity.
