Led digital strategy
USD Graduate Medical Education program administrators, Nedd & Cherise, came to us in the thick of the COVID-19 pandemic looking for a way to reach and make an impression on prospective medical residents/fellows.  

Before travel restrictions, the programs looked forward to hosting residents/fellows over a weekend for entertainment, interviews, and on-campus tours to break the ice and seal the deal. 

Those tried-and-true activities were a no-go for the 2020 recruitment season, so we bottled up those vibes and put them on the internet.
