I´m René Kuhl, founder of the Characters Group, that brings more than 20 years of experience in tech recruiting and HR consulting to the digital sector. Since 2011, i worked as a freelancer for several leading startups in Berlin and the North Rhine-Westphalia region. My motto has always been "Looking for Characters". This was also the name given to Characters Recruiting GmbH back in 2015, which focuses on the long-term placement of digital experts. My aspiration is to find the right candidate who meets the professional requirements and in the long term feels at one with the culture and philosophy of a company.
