PROJECT: Onboarding Implementation and Configuration

CLIENT: Randstad – Charlotte, NC


Set up and configured the new onboarding process to handle the new virtual initiatives.

Responsible for managing their $600,000 project budget, collecting shareholder requirements, data analysis to determine current process, facilitating cross-functional and weekly status meetings, planning and scheduling milestones, report to key stakeholders, mitigate risks and issues, manage project budget and to provide transparency and communication to the project.

Challenges faced change management and implementing the new process company wide and training staff. Required action was to host training sessions, record and distribute, while tracking the progress of the implemented changes to ensure compliance measures were followed.

New onboarding process successfully deployed, replacing the old face to face onboarding process. Effectively decreased onboarding time from 6 weeks to 2 weeks. Utilized my knowledge of SharePoint to create a space that would streamline the new onboarding process

▪ Built SharePoint sites, and documentation to streamline processes and broaden knowledge across Randstad
