Managed a multi-product implementation of construction solutions for a General Contractor specializing in Multi-Family Mixed-Use & Commercial high-density apartments. – Also assisted in the building of new processes for the PMO office and initiating new projects for business operations, Responsibilities includes creating business cases and project charters, creating process documents, tracking PMO projects productivity, driving key milestones, facilitating weekly status meetings, reporting to key stakeholders, mitigating risks and issues, budgeting for clients and the PMO department, and providing transparency and communication to the project.

Challenges revolve around prioritizing operations projects, keeping project managers on a weekly cadence of projects productivity, completing core team training for key stakeholders during an increasingly busy construction season – this requires additional scheduling and resourcing support based on the client’s needs and project scope.

The team continues to tackle action items in accordance with the statement of work with the intent to meet the customer’s needs. – The PMO has developed and implemented several new operations strategies for company success.
