PROJECT: HR Software Implementation

CLIENT: Zywave – Milwaukee, WI


Oversaw HR product implementation of HRIS solutions for brokerage account clients. Responsibilities include driving key milestones, facilitating weekly status meetings, reporting to key stakeholders, mitigating risks and issues, and providing transparency and communication to the project.

Challenges revolved around completing core team training for key stakeholders and motivating clients to remain engaged – this requires additional scheduling and resourcing support based on the client’s needs and project scope.

The team continues to tackle action items in accordance with the statement of work with the intent to meet the customer’s needs.


▪ Collaborate with Sales, Implementation Engineers, Consulting and Training, Product, and Technical Support Representatives to provide great customer experience.

▪ Identify red-flags and/or gaps and lead internal staff to address and define the optimal business solutions for the implementation.

▪ Develop an in-depth knowledge of our staffing software including reports/reporting tools and become a subject matter expert on our systems.

▪ Create, modify, and distribute project plans, as well as all implementation related documentation.
