CLIENT: PNC Bank – Charlotte, NC
Assigned to bank wide program initiative that will modernize mobile and online banking for PNC consumers. Oversaw two projects, Modern Core Enablement and Other Platform Enablement.
Responsibilities include finalizing deliverables for each sprint release with sprints releasing every 3 weeks; facilitating meetings, working cross-functionally with business leads and scrum masters, understanding compliance measures, planning, and scheduling deliverables, synchronizing teams' actions on a weekly cadence, report to key stakeholders, data analysis to determine current state and future process, and mitigate risk and issues.
The primary challenge was ensuring business leads finalized scope by the deadline and scrum masters avoided scope creep and scope changes. The weekly cadences helped to keep the project in the forefront of the teams and ensure deliverables were completed in a timely fashion.
The new mobile and online banking program is currently being developed with 31 completed sprints and 9 sprints remaining before deployment with no major risk to mitigate.
▪ Manages projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. Typically project size is greater than $2.5m.
