PROJECT: Annual Enrollment Configuration

CLIENT: Alight Solutions (United Airlines, Bank of America, Ford Motor Company) – Charlotte, NC


Full cycle management of open enrollment project for each client.

Responsible for collecting client requirements; planning/scheduling milestones; synchronizing team actions on a weekly cadence; hiring, staffing and onboarding essential employees for each client (trainers, agents, managers etc.); ensuring agents were adequately trained; managing teams' performance; managing client's project budgets; completing profit and loss margins reports; prepares, submitted, and tracked expense reports; completing all other reports (status, billing, and productivity); managed clients project budgets, $700,000-2.5 million; managed out of scope requests with the client and collaborated on suitable alternatives.

The greatest challenge was converting/migrating and configuring client's information into our software and maintaining productivity levels. Technical issues were mitigated through coordinated actions with the client and the IT team. Productivity issues were mitigated through team incentives and friendly competition.

Configurations successfully completed and all quotas were met by the deadline as a result. Increased productivity by 15% and quality metrics by 20%. ▪ In-depth analysis of project information, to make decisions and drive strategy to ensure successful attainment of Service Level Agreements.


▪ Created reports, metrics, and budget plans for the organization, and completed productive billing to monitor profit and losses.

▪ Developed and assisted in the subsequent on-going management of processes and tools to automate and streamline program routines such as roadmaps, change management, issues and risk tracking, and fact/metric-based status reporting.

▪ Conducted meetings with high-level management and clients to report activity, trends, overall service results, and recommended actions to improve performance and mitigate risks.
