ROLE: RCSA IT Project Manager

DATE: April 2021 – December 2021

PROJECT: RCSA QA/QC Redesign

CLIENT: Wells Fargo – Charlotte, NC

Oversaw the evaluation of RCSA quality control and quality assurance measures to ensure they meet bank compliance and continued to follow federal guidelines.

Responsibilities included facilitating meetings, working cross-functionally, creating project documents, understanding compliance measures, planning, and scheduling deliverables, synchronizing teams' actions on a bi-weekly cadence, report to key stakeholders, data analysis to determine current state and future process, mitigate risk and issues, and redesigning QA/QC that did not meet guidelines.

The primary challenge was comparing data to current guidelines and ensuring all teams make the redesign a top priority. The bi-weekly cadences helped to keep the project in the forefront of the teams and ensure deliverables were completed in a timely fashion. The new compliance measures were implemented successfully, resulting in meeting all federal and banking guidelines.
