Working at Marcel from `11 to `13 was really amazing, the agency was gaining traction and every advertiser wanted to work with us.
The merger was at the beginning the old Marcel had the best creatives but was only doing ghost campaign, on the other hand Publicis Net was at the top of the digital game, tech wise.
For the first time these people were going to talk to each other, it was difficult, but when it worked it was magic.
Therefore I was working on everything digital
-> Digital ad campaign for Orange, one of the biggest media spender in France.
-> Crazy facebook page ideas for BNPP targeting a young audience (millenials :D).
-> Interactive windows for the Sony Store to get people inside the store at Christmas.
-> Lots of apps for Orange, Oasis, Intermarché - web apps were very limited so putting a brand app on the appstore was a cool new thing.
This is also where I expanded my skills to ads outside of digital.
-> My first VOL and TVC for Oasis, Intermarché and FNAC.
-> Outdoor with Oasis
-> Radio with BNPP
Finally this is where I started to manage teams.
Interns first and then permanent contracts.
I learn how to interview new comers, how to report to people above me on how the team was doing, how to manage everyone's planning.
