Private Language Tutor: English & Spanish
I started off by providing English conversation lessons to adults as a side job in Spain.
After the COVID-19 pandemic started, I began virtually holding English and Spanish classes to others internationally as well.
Most notably, I tutor a 6-year-old who is from Shanghai, China. I need to plan lessons that can actively engage an ESL student their age. I found ways to effectively tutor online. This included educating myself on how to teach English fundamentals and Spanish as a new foreign language.
In less than a year, the student's parents have already notified me that their grades in English class have greatly improved! I am so proud!!
