Accepted as an officer for the Hong Kong Student Association (HKSA) at the University of Washington!
I have been assigned to Media Crew.
From this day on, I collaborated with a team of 10+ to support HKSA’s outreach efforts in the form of social media, email, flyers, videos, and other promotional materials (below are a few pictures of what I've created).
I was specially tasked to write and design emails for HKSA's mailing list of 1500+ members, using Mailchimp.
In these emails, I treated the content much like a newsletter. I highlighted upcoming events, the officer of the month, our sponsors, and other relevant updates.
From emails to other media, they are all very important in helping us communicate with our members. It is especially crucial for our sponsors as well because we are a vessel of PR for them.
