Leon has worked as a visual narrative designer, filmmaker, and educator for over ten years receiving plaudits along the way from The Type Directors Club, 100 Archive, the Future Makers awards, Digital Media awards, Young Directors Awards and the Irish Design Awards. Leon’s has completed residencies in the School of Visual Art New York, and at 72andSunny in Los Angeles. Leon was a Research Fellow at the National University of Ireland in 2016 and Designer in Residence at Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles 2017 and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Leon is currently working as a Lecturer at Yeats Academy of Art Design and Architecture as well as continuing to grow his own practice at Bold Visual Narrative.
