Feeling professional
Having had clear, positive energy – almost could say I have been flying high ✨ it seems many things are in the works, clicking, and relationships are settling... well, at least I am still buffing up the capacity more, I feel!

I previously wrote that Love is the perfect end game. Love is actually the starting force for what is even more fun. Love refines into Trust and ultimately, into Power for the users – geez, that's it!

A business which's goal is Love will be able to create a lot of Trust and Power eventually.

But how do we (ever) accomplish that stage? I think means filling a concrete hole in the markets that competitors are unable or unwilling to fill, ie. solving some real imbalances in the social online fun (& relationships) segment. All in all, that's a huge untapped market.

Issues that need to be tackled:

A. The current app designs on the market work vertically in filling typically one narrow need and do that well only for a thin slice of the total markets or users. There are a huge variety of apps each actually being able to serve only somewhat narrow segments well. This is leaving a massively significant amount of users unsatisfied.

B. Certain looks-focused apps function often better for the female audience: males pay to get better volume but women are still making the calls because the communication options and possibilities for relevant self-expression and relationship cultivation online are lacking.

Our solution:

A. Feel-natural progression inside the app, fun to use and reasons to come back daily, better expression possibilities, and stronger connections through the gamified world.

B. A candidate applies to a Hub and the Hub owner makes the calls on who to accept. The candidate has a risk of being thrown out of the Hub. The Fear of being thrown out is turned into Fun and retention for users.

All righty, I'll write the roadmap here as I've been pondering it preliminarily:

Strategy: R&D
Finances: Eur135k or so, partly Publicly funded
Goal: Pre-production and lock key design choices, a plan to produce the app, with the following factors studied clearly: critical resources, users, competitive advantages/edges, and promotive actions needed to succeed
Deliverables: Core Design Mockup & Roadmap/Expansion Plan w/ Growth Targets

2023
Strategy: Test with users, iterate, and gradual GTM
Finances: Eur850k, partly Publicly funded
Goal: Get the core fun right, build marketing momentum & a massive waiting list for quick results
Deliverables: Pilot testing version, Alpha

2024
Strategy: Launch the App & Growth
Finances: Eur1.8-2.0M with private investment and revenue
Goal: Finishing the product which users want to be using for their lifetime, leverage for a sustainable growth
Deliverables: Beta, Version 1.0

Indeedly doodly, this roadmap is subject to change so we cannot promise any exact dates for deliveries at this stage, nor precise burn for those milestones but you'll get a picture of the planned steps and volume. The idea is to spend money to produce quality results that the market needs, with a good consumption/output ratio. 

And please note the fact that you or your colleagues may have already felt a yearning, a pull, a desire to find out more about the various extra-dimensional approaches, designs, and other planetary rounds that belong to our Social Game App universe.
