It has been very close before. Pow Wow, but lately it has been imminent. Maybe more imminent than ever before. Something on top of your fingertips, something in your mind. Something under your bed. It finally came out: I am making a new game. And a game studio. Again. And a crew. But this time different. All different.. with AI and by shameless amounts of big muscle.
Life in Vietnam has treated me.. and us.. well, well. Leo learned to say "no". He is almost six months old now. A good fella. Couldn't be any better. Daddy has also been learning life and collaboration. I think Leo will learn how to run before he learns how to sit - let's see. Let's just see.
Hey and hey-hey, you can see in some of the pics of our local life here in Hai Phong City, Vietnam. Can you see them? There's around one million people today living in this city and it hosts one McDonald's. I've been loving the Asian food but at the same time I've been craving some of the western tastes like a burger. Cannot complain at all. Couldn't be any better. :)
Leo has been my helper with the game plans and morally. He's often next to me when I craft things on my laptop. Very interested in what I do and about my setup. I'm using an Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, 256 Gb, and a MacBook Pro 14" (XDR Retina 3024x1964) M2 Pro, 32 Gb RAM, 500 Gb SSD. With this setup it's already possible to do good work, almost already with success - which however is a lot harder if you don't have a proper workstation gear and setup, not to mention the right working rhythm and helpers around you !!
In the last picture is the very early concept graphics of my upcoming game [codename] Pizza 2232. It's a very simple pizza-baking game with a thought, tailored for the leading mobile gaming platforms on iOS & Android. The player runs a simple pizzeria on a meteor-field, or in the Moon, trying his/her best to fulfil pizza-tastic orders of the locals, galactic, and spiritual folk.
