The Venom Assembly is a United States based hard rock band from the Allentown area of the State of Pennsylvania. "The Conquering Machine" is Venom Assembly's second album release. Released in 2020, "The Conquering Machine" is a transition from Venom Assembly's classic rock style to a more hard hitting dynamic sound. "The Conquering Machine" ranges from down right hard rock coupled with virtuoso guitar/drum/bass playing set to complex lyric passages. The areas combined compliment each other in a subtle yet powerful way. The music is carefully crafted to highlight the insane vocal melodies with crushing guitar riffs with a high sense of dynamics. Venom Assembly draws upon many influences ranging from Motley Crue, Tool, Metallica and to the opposite side of music such as the Beatles. The Venom Assembly does not attempt to sound like any one band and has a fresh but recognizable sound. The lyric content and guitar playing are of special note. Several songs have an interesting twist where no lyric is repeated, not even a chorus! The guitar playing is fresh while paying tribute to such greats as Steve Vai, Eddie Van Halen and George Lynch.
