Founded a Side Venture
What (Idea):
Founded 'Allysk' with the mission of educating students on how to build healthy relationships.

Why (Problem):
The idea started as a way to know the answer to a simple question: What makes relationships thrive?
Struggling with my first ever romantic relationship, I was desperately looking for answers. And I couldn't find a template of information that I could trust.
My quest led me to this TED Talk by Dr. Robert Waldinger of Havard University presenting the findings from one of the longest active studies exploring the question, "What makes a good life?"

The answer was 'Healthy Close Relationships.'

I realized the importance of healthy relationships and how most of the youth(me included) had no idea whatsoever about building healthy relationships. Hell, we don't even know what a healthy relationship is.

I knew I had to do something.

Solution (Product):
I brainstormed and came up with a 5-step self-learning program for participants to learn about healthy relationship building along with discovering their hidden biases about relationships.

Launch:
Launched the program as a 1-month Virtual Internship on Relationship Psychology (no stipend) on Internshala.

Validation:
It received a tremendous response of 100+ applications within 24hours.

Tech:
Flock for communication & managing participants
Google Forms for task-sharing & answer collection
JotForm for administrative documents

Result:
Launched the first cohort with 150+ applicants, out of which 33 people successfully completed the program.
