The huge shortcoming of PoC (Proof of Concept) - initiative might successfully create something no one would be interested in.

Multiple IoT deployments failed because they used the PoC (Proof of Concept) instead of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach. The project successfully connected some devices to the Internet, but it was not enough to generate any business outcome.
