On October 27, I joined Pat Patterson, Matty Stratton, Matthew Malecki, and Brendan O'Leary for a panel discussion about DevOps at Citrix Converge. One of the things that can still trip folks up about DevOps is that it is really REALLY hard to do in a grassroots fashion. DevOps is people, tools, and culture. Tooling can be simple enough to change from the bottom up, but people and culture require the right incentives and support for change to stick.
