Too often, articulating a company’s values is a purely cosmetic exercise. But if values are nothing more than words on walls with no one living up to them, they are useless and can even provoke some kind of cynicism within employees.

At Kpler, we have taken the process of defining our values seriously. A few months ago, we started a project to define our company values. In this article, we shared some of our learnings during the process.
