Defined Employee onboarding process
I'm thrilled to officially launch the embarK Program, our onboarding orientation program at Kpler. In the past months, we have revamped our onboarding process to adapt to the new challenges of onboarding remotely and scaling our operations to guarantee an engaging and welcoming experience to new joiners.

When designing the experience of new joiners in their first 90 days, there were many elements to consider. The list goes into internal HR systems, learning paths, company culture, social interactions, etc. But if there is something we keep in mind during the entire process, it should be a customised journey and most of the content on-demand.
