Mental Health First Aid

I received my certification as a Mental Health First Aider according to the international MHFA standard in September 2021 as part of a course from the "Zentralinstitut für Seelische Gesundheit".

Mental Health is an extremely important topic for the future as well, especially in the workplace. This is because overt physical illnesses are talked about, but mental illnesses are often kept quiet.

This is exactly why it is important that companies not only have a first aider for physical health, but also one for mental health. ⛑
